For a more detailed help message, press "h". To hot restart changes while running, press "r" or "R". It's interesting because you can see that I made a first hot-restart at the beginning but then on the second one it just gets stuck forever. I have also run several times the flutter clean command, but nothing. I thought it could be the flutter version, so did flutter upgrade, but it didn't solve the issue. I have tried running hot reload in other projects and it doesn't get stuck.Ĭommit: e5a624b788d92b8d34d1392e4c4d9789406efe8f The days before, I don't think I had this problem. I started noticing this problem this morning, but I'm not sure what could have produced it. It's very strange because it depends on which file I make a change. Sometimes the hot-reload got stuck or took a long time, but it never got stuck every time I made a small change in a specific file. I have been developing in Flutter Web for quite some time now, around (5 to 6 months) and this has never happened to me. This is very frustrating when trying to develop user interfaces and making small changes. NOTE: I am an EverWeb user and NOT affiliated with EverWeb! Any opinions expressed in this forum are my own.The issue I'm experiencing happens when developing for Flutter Web, when I make some changes in certain files of my app and I hot reload, the hot reload literally takes ages, it never ends. The use of this tag is discouraged by the WWC "since unexpected refresh can disorient users and interfere with the browser's back button". #Reload everweb code#The tag can be inserted in the Head Code box in the Page inspector to effect a particular page or in the Site Wide Head Code box in the Publishing Settings page to effect the whole site. For most purposes, the value should be a lot longer. The number in the meta tag is the time expressed in seconds so, in the above example, the page content will refresh every 5 minutes. Sites that display up to the minute info like weather, stock prices etc use the refresh meta tag. Rather than having to delete the cache/browser history, place a ? at the end of a URL to force the browser to load from the server or hit the refresh button a few times.
